Welcome to mmradar.gg (the “Platform”). By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions (the "Terms"). Please read them carefully. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. If any significant changes are made that affect you, we will post a notice on the Platform 30 days prior to the effective date. Your continued use of the Platform following such changes signifies your acceptance. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

Data Collection & Privacy

We collect the following data to provide our services:

• Email addresses
• Riot ID
• Player profile data from Riot Games

All data is securely stored on DigitalOcean servers, and we use Plausible Analytics for non-invasive tracking. For more details on how we handle data, refer to our Privacy Policy.

Registration Eligibility

To register and participate in our services:

• You must be at least 16 years old or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction.
• You must be located in a region where using our services is legal.
• By registering, you represent that you have the right and authority to enter into this agreement. If you are a minor, you confirm that you have obtained parental or guardian consent to register and participate in our services.

User Accounts

• Account Creation:Users must register with a valid Riot ID and provide accurate information. Multiple accounts can be created if desired, but they must be for personal use only.
• Account Security:You are responsible for the security of your account credentials. Sharing accounts or using another person's account is strictly prohibited.
• Suspension or Termination:We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if false information is provided, or if you violate these Terms.

Platform Features

• Core Services:The Platform provides performance stats and other analytics for League of Legends players.
• Subscription Models:In the future, subscription-based features will be introduced. Refunds and cancellations will follow legal requirements.
• Payments:All payments are processed through Stripe, our third-party payment provider.

User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Engage in unlawful, harmful, or threatening behavior.
• Attempt to hack, spam, or manipulate the Platform.
• Impersonate others or falsely represent your identity. Violation of these rules may result in the suspension or termination of your account.

Proprietary Rights

All content on mmradar.gg, including stats, graphics, and performance data, is owned exclusively by mmradar.gg. Users may not upload or share content, and the Platform is for personal, non-commercial use only.

You may not:

• Modify, copy, distribute, or create derivative works of any content from the Platform.
• Scrape, data mine, or perform any activity that could impair the Platform's infrastructure.

Liability & Disclaimers

The Platform is provided "as is," and we make no guarantees about the accuracy or reliability of the data provided. We are not responsible for:

• Any damages resulting from your use of the Platform.
• Data loss or system downtime.

Our liability for any damages is limited to the greater of $100 or the total fees paid by you within the last six months.

Modifications to Services

We reserve the right to modify, add, or remove features of the Platform at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Platform after such modifications implies your acceptance.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Greece. Any disputes arising out of these Terms will be handled in Greek courts.

Third-Party Links and Ads

The Platform may display affiliate links, but we do not collaborate with any third-party services directly. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party websites.

Termination of Service

You may cancel your subscription or close your account at any time. Upon termination, your gameplay data (e.g., leaderboard positions) will remain on the Platform. To completely remove your data, you must contact our support team.

Copyright Infringement

If you believe your intellectual property has been infringed on our Platform, please contact us with the relevant details, and we will take appropriate action.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold mmradar.gg, its affiliates, and its officers harmless from any claims or damages arising from your use of the Platform or your violation of these Terms.

Modifications to the Terms

We will notify you of any significant changes to these Terms through pop-up notices on the Platform.

Feedback

Any feedback, suggestions, or comments you submit to mmradar.gg becomes our property, and we may use it without any compensation to you.
